Job Responsibilities

Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.

Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.

Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.

Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.

Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following standard operating procedures if location is equipped.

Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to them; participate in all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Generally, less than two years’ experience in a related field.

Valid driver’s license; safe driving record required.

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks and manual dexterity.

Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.

Schedule
Monday to Friday. Monday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Work Environment
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Compensation
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 to $27.21. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and or an incentive program.

Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the year. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement leave, voting, jury duty, volunteer time, military leave, and parental leave.
