Description
The North America Stores Creative team is on a mission to build world‑class, scalable creative systems that fuel growth across every customer touchpoint. We believe great creative shouldn’t just look good—it should move fast, work harder, and scale smarter. We’re looking for a Creative Director who shares that belief and wants to build something lasting.
About the Role
In this role, you will own the creative vision for two of the fastest‑growing areas of our marketing ecosystem: Creator partnerships and paid social. You will shape how millions of customers experience our brand across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and on‑site—while building the templates, systems, and frameworks that allow your team to do more with less.

You will partner on high‑visibility, high‑impact creative across channels that are evolving daily.
You will architect scalable systems from the ground up—not just make ads, but build the machine that makes them.
You will lead through seasonal tentpoles, HVEs, and always‑on campaigns, keeping the work fresh and dynamic year‑round.
You will partner with Creators, agencies, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain on‑brand templates, modular design systems, and scalable creative structures that reduce production time and increase output efficiency over time.
Lead creative style guides and execution for Creator‑facing assets (emails, tool kits, site experiences) and paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Drive creative excellence across all campaign types: seasonal events, BAU messaging, and High Visibility Events (HVEs).
Manage and mentor a team of contractors and agency partners, ensuring high‑quality output and adherence to brand standards.
Establish repeatable workflows and playbooks that enable the team to scale without sacrificing craft.
Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, and channel stakeholders to align creative with business objectives.
Govern and consult on social creative produced outside of direct ownership to maintain cohesive brand expression.
Identify opportunities to innovate on format, storytelling, and platform‑native creative across emerging social channels.
Leadership Expectations
Build and optimize a high‑performing extended team of contractors and agency partners.
Create operational frameworks that drive measurable efficiency gains (reduced cycle times, increased asset throughput).
Demonstrate strategic thinking by connecting creative decisions to business outcomes and audience engagement.
Raise the bar on creative quality while simplifying systems for scale.
Champion brand consistency as a cross‑team partner and creative governance leader.
