About The Job
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a PPC Associate. This full‑time, in‑house role supports our Senior and Managerial teams in all aspects of PPC operations and is ideal for those starting their PPC careers.

Responsibilities

Keyword & Search Term Research – report on high‑performing and low‑performing keywords, and recommend negative keywords.

Optimization Recommendations – provide suggestions to improve our optimization score, aiming for a score above 90 %.

Budget Pacing/Monitoring – monitor account spend across Google, Bing and LSA, report in spreadsheets and suggest adjustments.

Learning and Development – continuously learn all facets of PPC from basic concepts to advanced strategies.

Collaboration – work closely with Senior and Managerial teams on time‑consuming tasks and gradually take on greater responsibilities.

Audits – complete account checklists, highlight gaps and missed opportunities and follow best practices.

LSA – monitor Local Service Ads, ensuring leads, licensing, images, services and targeting are in place.

Account Ownership – for low‑spend accounts, own strategy, implementation and reporting while expanding PPC knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communication is a plus.

Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and pay‑per‑click advertising.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

High motivation and genuine enthusiasm for PPC and digital marketing.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to industry changes.
