Freelance Videographer (Restaurant soft opening Event)

Valence Growth Co. is seeking a freelance videographer to capture content for an upcoming restaurant soft opening event in Spring, TX.

We are looking for a local professional with experience filming restaurants, hospitality brands, food & beverage businesses, events, or local businesses. The primary objective is to capture high‑quality visual content that can be repurposed into future social media and marketing materials.

This is not a heavily produced commercial shoot. We are focused on authentic, high‑quality content that highlights the event experience, venue atmosphere, guests, food, beverages, and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

Arrive approximately 2 hours before the soft opening begins

Remain onsite approximately 2 hours after guests arrive

Capture event footage, venue details, food and beverage offerings, guest interactions, and overall atmosphere

Capture content optimized for social media platforms

Deliver organized, high‑quality media files following the event

Deliverables
The selected videographer should be able to provide:

20–30 edited photos

10–15 high‑quality vertical video clips suitable for social media use

Content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and other vertical video platforms

Please note:

Cinematic editing is not required

Voiceovers are not required

Extensive post‑production is not required

The emphasis is on capturing clean, professional footage that can be repurposed into future social media content.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience filming restaurants, hospitality brands, food & beverage businesses, events, or local businesses

Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work

Ability to work independently during live events

Professional communication and reliability

Local to the Houston metropolitan area
