TITLE:
Social Media Manager
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing and managing Baseball Lifestyle 101's social media presence across all digital platforms. This role will oversee content scheduling, community engagement, audience growth, and social media performance while helping bring the brand to life through compelling storytelling and content execution. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to develop engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports business objectives. This is an exempt position reporting directly to the Social Media Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize content across all social channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of all content plans.
• Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Identify social media trends, viral content opportunities, and emerging platform features to increase engagement and audience growth.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support influencer, athlete, and creator partnerships through content coordination and campaign execution.
• Assist in the creation and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and community-building initiatives.
• Work closely with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and sales-driving campaigns.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social platforms.
• Stay current on social media best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or related experience preferred. Experience managing brand social media accounts and executing content strategies preferred. Experience with community management and audience engagement preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers and mobile devices.
