We’re hiring a Contract Graphic Designer to support a leading enterprise SaaS/technology company during a high-volume creative season.
This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can jump in quickly, move fast, and deliver polished creative across web, digital, email, print, events, and presentations. The team needs someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple creative requests at once.
Role: Contract Graphic Designer
Industry: Enterprise SaaS / Technology
Location: Hybrid preferred in San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, or Indianapolis, IN
Onsite: 1–2 days per week preferred
Remote: Open for the right candidate, but hybrid is strongly preferred
Pay: $45/hr
Duration: approximately 5 months
Schedule/Time Zone: Must be able to support U.S. working hours
Interview Process: 2–3 rounds
What You’ll Do:
• Design creative assets for websites, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, social campaigns, and print materials
• Support creative development for large-scale events, including branded collateral, signage, event graphics, and immersive experiences
• Build, polish, and refine executive decks, presentations, and internal stakeholder materials
• Concept campaign ideas, event experiences, visual themes, and cohesive marketing creative
• Create e-books, email materials, social graphics, webpages, presentations, and other marketing assets
• Use AI tools to support ideation, design exploration, workflow efficiency, and creative execution
• Partner with creative leads, project managers, internal stakeholders, vendors, freelancers, and Art Directors
• Manage multiple projects across various internal clients while meeting deadlines during a busy season
• Present design solutions clearly and professionally, explaining the creative thinking behind the work
• Maintain strong brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas, progressive thinking, and polished execution
Must-Have Skills:
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud
• Google Suite
• Strong digital and print design experience
• Web, email, digital ad, campaign, presentation, and event design experience
• Strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand design skills
• Ability to execute quickly with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take feedback well
• 5+ years of relevant design experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior tech, SaaS, or Salesforce ecosystem experience
• Understanding of Salesforce products
• Motion design or animation experience
• After Effects experience
• AI workflow experience, including Google Gemini or Nano Banana
• Experience directing or giving feedback to vendors, freelancers, or external creative partners
