Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dyersville, IA. The Marketing Manager will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Double L Group’s agricultural products and solutions across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing brand messaging, organizing tradeshows, overseeing content creation for digital and print materials, coordinating product launches, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing assets.
The person in this role will analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve return on marketing investment. Collaboration with sales, product management, and leadership will be essential to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, including planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong skills in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, websites, and basic SEO/SEM practices.
- Ability to develop and manage content for brochures, product sheets, presentations, and online platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial products is preferred but not required.
- Comfort working on-site in Dyersville, IA, and engaging directly with cross-functional and operations teams.
