Marketing Coordinator
Location: Elgin, IL
Salary: $85,000- $95,000

We’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring that story to life. Someone who can take complex audio engineering and translate it into clear, compelling content, campaigns, and messaging that truly connect with people.
In this role, you’ll be involved across product launches, trade shows, digital marketing, and content creation; helping the customer experience across every channel.

What You’ll Do
- Lead coordination of trade shows, industry events, and promotional activations, managing timelines, deliverables, and execution from planning through on-site delivery
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
- Create and update marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, and product collateral
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, website traffic, and campaign results
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
- Prior trade show coordination and set up is essential
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and quality
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
