Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

Director of Total Rewards

to lead and evolve our compensation,
benefits, payroll, and HR systems functions. This role is ideal for a well-rounded leader who brings deep expertise across total rewards—not just in
compensation or benefits alone, but a strong command of both. You will partner closely with executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights and presenting recommendations that shape critical workforce and rewards decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs including:

Compensation strategy and structures
Benefits programs (including self-insured or equivalent plans)
Equity and stock award programs
Payroll operations

Oversee and execute annual compensation processes, including

merit cycles and incentive planning
Analyze and leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness, cost efficiency, and employee value
Present compensation and benefits insights to the

executive committee
Manage vendor relationships and ongoing RFP processes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across compensation, benefits, and payroll
Drive enhancements to total rewards programs aligned with business goals and employee engagement
Team Leadership
This role will oversee a high-impact team, including:
Compensation Manager
Payroll Manager
Compensation Analyst
HRIS Manager
Benefits Administrator
Qualifications Required:
8–12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with leadership experience
Strong expertise across both

compensation and benefits

(not just one discipline)
Experience running

merit cycles and compensation planning

processes
Working knowledge of

equity programs and stock administration
Proven ability to

analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives
Preferred:
Experience managing or overseeing

payroll operations
Exposure to

self-insured benefit plans

or deep benefits program knowledge
Background in environments where both strategic and hands-on execution are required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $210000.00/yr.
