Video Editor Position

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast Video Editor.
Experience is not the main thing. What is important is your desire to create advertising videos for AI products and basic editing skills.

Reface is a Ukrainian product company that creates mobile AI applications. In 5 years, our products have been downloaded over 250 million times. We were #1 in the USA App Store, received Google Play's Best App, and attracted investments from Andreessen Horowitz.
About You:
You can edit videos
You have basic skills in working with After Effects (or ready to quickly master it)
You are ready to work quickly and responsibly meet deadlines
You are able to independently organize your work
It would be a plus, but it may not be one:
Experience working with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, HeyGen, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Experience creating advertising videos for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Understanding what "performance creatives" are
You will:
Edit advertising videos
Communicate with the User Acquisition team and Creative Lead to improve marketing metrics
Participate in generating ideas and creative solutions for advertising
