Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Sr. Professional – Global Brand Design & Art Direction to support a dynamic outdoor-focused design studio. This role will be responsible for delivering world-class creative execution across seasonal brand storytelling, design, art direction, and campaign development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in outdoor industry creative campaigns, with experience creating compelling storytelling for categories such as hiking, trail running, outdoor exploration, and adventure sports. Candidates must possess a strong portfolio showcasing seasonal creative campaigns and brand storytelling within the outdoor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of seasonal brand campaigns across outdoor and performance categories.
Create compelling visual storytelling through graphic design, art direction, photography direction, and digital experiences.
Collaborate closely with Designers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, Brand Marketing, Retail Design, Digital Design, Production, and Agency partners.
Deliver innovative creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency and excellence.
Execute hands-on creative work across campaign assets, presentations, and consumer-facing experiences.
Present creative concepts and design solutions confidently to internal stakeholders.
Stay informed on trends across outdoor culture, sport, fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology.
Ensure high attention to detail and quality across all creative deliverables.
Support studio initiatives while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Design, Art Direction, Creative Design, or Visual Communication.
Proven experience developing and executing outdoor industry creative campaigns.
Portfolio demonstrating work across outdoor categories such as hiking, trail running, outdoor performance, adventure, or exploration.
Experience working with outdoor brands or organizations such as The North Face, Arc'teryx, outdoor apparel, footwear, or equipment brands.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, campaign design, and creative execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting outdoor-focused creative teams or campaigns.
Experience working with ACG (All Conditions Gear) or similar outdoor performance brands.
Previous experience with our client or global consumer brands is a plus.
Strong understanding of outdoor culture and consumer behavior.
