We are seeking an experienced

Senior Account Sales Manager

to join their growing team in the Permian Basin.

Qualifications:
Needs 10 years of business development and/or sales experience
Strong account management and customer relationship skills
Experience working closely with operations teams
Established relationships within E&P organizations preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Maintain customer satisfaction and account performance
Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery
Monitor revenue, profitability, and account health
Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
