Because of that, we've built a strong reputation for excellent work, and we're looking for the right people to help us continue growing.About the Role:As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them find the right solutions for their space. This is an outside sales role where you'll use our technology to design and present bath remodeling options directly in the home.Responsibilities:Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales systemAttend weekly sales trainings to sharpen your skillsDesign customized bath solutions using our softwareProvide pricing and close sales consistentlyWhat We're Looking For:Strong communication and people skillsOrganized and self-motivatedPrevious in-home sales experience is a plus (home improvement background preferred)Reliable transportation and local residency requiredComfortable presenting and speaking with homeownersDriven, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentOutgoing personality and confident in social settingsCompensation:This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Income is based on performance and experience.
