What you will enjoy doing
In this role you will perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures. You will visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non-conforming conditions and take appropriate action. Also you will load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership. Further, you will document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and escalate non-conformances through the appropriate reporting process. You will support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements.
What makes you great
A High school diploma or GED is required. You have the ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines. Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by production needs.
