Retail Front End Lead - Customer Experience & Loyalty

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a position in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store. The successful candidate will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean and organized environment.
Key responsibilities include training Associates, addressing customer concerns, and promoting safety and integrity within the store. Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and have at least 1 year of retail experience and some leadership experience.
