Your Main Responsibilities:
Sabena Engineering Brussels is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth and strategic development for our Aircamo Aviation and Aircamo Engines business units, located at Manchester Airport/Hawarden Airport (Chester), UK. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and globally, driving customer acquisition, relationship management, and business strategy implementation.

Commercial Development

Acquire and develop new business opportunities in the UK, Ireland, and international markets (Europe, USA, etc.), including CAMO and engine services, field services, and other offerings within Sabena Engineering’s

Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, emerging needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Build, maintain, and expand a robust customer

Manage sales leads with professionalism and integrity, ensuring timely and effective follow-

Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and strategic business

Initiate and conduct customer visits, meetings, and calls (including cold outreach).

Organize and host customer visits to company

Represent the company at international industry events and conferences (e.g., MRO, Aero Engines, ISTAT)

Serve as the lead negotiator for customer

Deeply understand customer requirements and ensure seamless communication and alignment with internal production teams.

Act as the primary link between customers and operational units, ensuring satisfaction and effective issue

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints with

Strategic & Organizational Support

Support the general management team in defining and implementing the overall company

Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable

Contribute to and support change management initiatives within the

Coordinate and monitor corporate projects and broader business development

Provide assistance to the Aircamo parent entity (Sabena Engineering Brussels) as required within the scope of the role.

Your Profile

Proven experience in aviation business development, preferably in CAMO, MRO, or engine

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation

Excellent relationship-building and communication

Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational

Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and

Willingness to travel frequently, both within the UK and
