Brief Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creation and production of high quality RFQs, RFPs, presentations, award submittals, advertisements, and other marketing materials. This position is an integral part of S&P’s internal and external marketing initiatives including branding, events and activities, and company promotion.

Essential Job Functions

Deliver RFQs and RFPs accurately and on time.

Deliver qualifications packages and other business development deliverables accurately and on time.

Deliver interview materials and support the preparation of the interview team.

Support the maintenance of CRM, OpenAsset, Joist AI and Adobe CC Libraries.

Support other business development or marketing deliverables as needed.

Assist with company events as needed.

Assist with graphics, photography or videography projects as needed.

Support the quality review of other team members’ deliverables.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Activities And Requirements

May require lifting and carrying light loads, 10 or more pounds (e.g., boxes, small equipment, materials) and stooping or kneeling (e.g., filing documents in lower file drawers, picking up items from the floor, or removing and replacing items on lower shelving).

Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.).

Activities include extended periods of sitting, movement, and extensive work at a computer and phone.

Periodic travel may be required.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, consistently delivering results with minimal oversight.

Highly collaborative and team focused mindset.

Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills.

Strong professional, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines.
