Remote BIM Technician (Electrical) - 3D Modeling & Coordination

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is looking for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to support our construction and engineering teams through advanced 3D modeling. The role can be fully remote or based out of our Lexington, KY HQ or Greenville, SC office.
This position involves creating and maintaining accurate BIM models, performing clash detection, and generating construction documentation. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in BIM tools and strong communication skills.
