District Sales Director - Insurance Growth & Team Building

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the growth and profitability of insurance agencies in Indianapolis. This role requires the development of tailored sales and marketing strategies, as well as leadership in recruiting and training.
The successful applicant should have a minimum of five years of prior experience in the insurance field, including roles as an Agent and Agency Manager. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with valid insurance certifications.
