Ghirardelli Associates is currently looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This position will be based out of our Roseville office. This is an opportunity to work with an experienced team of professionals!

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development efforts across multiple initiatives. This role will focus on preparing compelling proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), developing custom marketing materials, and coordinating pursuit strategies in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations. The Marketing Coordinator will take an active role in proposal development from pre-proposal planning through final submission, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include leading and participating in proposal teams, attending pre-proposal meetings, creating, compiling and formatting marketing content, and leading presentations and award submittals. The role also supports client research, lead tracking, and coordination with subconsultants, while helping maintain a library of marketing collateral and promotional items.

Success in this role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can balance multiple priorities and contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supporting and participating on a proposal team responding to RFPs, RFQs, awards submittals, roster applications, etc., including the pre-proposal process

Attend pre-proposal meetings, as needed

Developing marketing proposals and supporting materials

Compiling all proposal materials (graphics, text, forms and subconsultant material) into a polished, client-ready package

Developing qualifications packages, resumes, project descriptions, awards submittals and other custom marketing materials

Supporting pursuit and presentation activities as needed

Provide support to business development professionals and project professionals through client research and lead management

Adhering to Ghirardelli Associates high standards for quality in all marketing deliverables

Assist in developing and maintaining supplies of marketing collateral and promotional items

Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

5+ years of relevant experience and/or CPSM desired

Excellent communication and coordination skills (both oral and written)

Strong writing abilities

Strong interpersonal skills

Very strong graphic design/layout and long document management skills

Adobe InDesign experience and strong Adobe Creative Suite experience

The ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. create, maintain, edit documents)

Superior interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to produce high quality materials under deadline pressure

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Some travel may be necessary
