Salary: $62,000-$75,000/year* (Range depends on skill level and overall experience + profit sharing + benefits)

Responsibilities

Own the execution of high-quality, brand‑aligned copy that supports marketing initiatives and drives progress toward business goals.

Craft compelling messaging that reflects Ramsey’s voice, resonates with customers, and clearly communicates our value.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate work through feedback, innovation, and thoughtful collaboration.

Apply strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both the customer and the business.

Proactively grow business knowledge and contribute to strategies that improve customer experience and conversion.

Play an active role in building a collaborative, high‑trust team environment and help the team move faster, think smarter, and execute better together.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising copywriting.

A portfolio that includes relevant marketing or advertising materials.

Open to learning and aligning with Ramsey’s voice and ways of working.

Enjoys working within a cross‑functional squad environment, partnering with marketers, designers, and paid media specialists.

Clear understanding of short‑form writing, with a willingness to prioritize concise, conversion‑focused copy.
