Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Revit Designer to support industrial projects with a strong focus on brownfield / existing facility work. This individual will be responsible for building fully coordinated 3D structural models and construction drawing packages used for execution in the field.

This is a hands‑on, full‑time Revit role — ideal for someone who specializes in modeling complex structural systems and can work independently in a high‑volume project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

detailed 3D Revit models

for structural systems (steel and concrete)

Produce

construction‑ready drawing packages

directly from Revit (plans, sections, details)

Model structural components including: Pipe racks, Equipment platforms, Steel structures, Concrete foundations

Coordinate closely with engineering and multi‑discipline teams to ensure

full model integration (structural, mechanical, electrical)

Support

brownfield / retrofit projects , integrating new designs into existing facilities

Identify and resolve

clashes/issues in the model before construction

Ensure models meet

industrial standards, codes, and constructability requirements

Must‑Have Qualifications

5+ years of

structural Revit modeling experience

(primary tool)

Strong background in

structural steel and concrete systems

Experience supporting large‑scale commercial or industrial projects

Proven experience modeling: Steel platforms / structures, Concrete foundations

Ability to work in

Revit full‑time (not occasional use)

Understanding of

industrial facility design standards and codes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

brownfield / existing facility projects

(high priority)

Exposure to

multi‑disciplinary coordination

(structural + MEP in same model)

Background in: Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, Power / industrial plants
