About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce’s core values at the heart of it all.

We are looking for a technically fluent, customer-obsessed product marketer to lead our release marketing motion and own Sales Cloud’s Campground demo experiences at Salesforce events worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering — and requires someone who can build inside Salesforce orgs just as comfortably as they can write a release blog or prep SEs for a demo shift.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end release marketing execution — including release calendars, GA readiness, launch coordination, and monthly/quarterly release updates — across Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams

Build and maintain Salesforce demo orgs used across Campground booths and Tier 1 events (World Tour, TDX, Dreamforce), including scripting, org resets, and Chrome profile management

Author and maintain Booth Readiness Kits (BRKs) — demo scripts, shift logistics, SE onboarding materials — and manage SE staffing coordination across events

Partner deeply with PMs to understand what’s shipping each cycle, confirm GA dates, and coordinate feature prioritization across the portfolio — translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for Sales and SE audiences

Drive release content across channels — release blogs, newsroom articles, demo GIFs, social assets, and release web updates — in partnership with Content Marketing and Digital teams

Drive internal awareness of our latest releases with Sellers and CSMs through release highlights, Slack announcements, enablement assets, and readiness communications — ensuring field teams are equipped to speak to what’s new every release cycle

Serve as the connective tissue between PMM, Product, SE leadership, and Strategic Events to ensure flawless demo execution at every event

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical expertise building and managing inside Salesforce orgs

Strong demo storytelling ability — can showcase individual product features while weaving them into a bigger narrative that resonates with Sales and SE audiences

Product translation chops — demonstrates the ability to deeply understand products and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging

Cross-functional influence — proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority across Marketing, Product, and SE stakeholders

SE or technical background strongly preferred — a background in Solution Engineering is a real differentiator for this role; candidates coming from SE who want to grow into PMM are highly encouraged to apply

Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted tooling to automate routine maintenance and tracking

Why This Role
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the center of how Sales Cloud goes to market at our biggest moments — Dreamforce, TDX, World Tour — and how we communicate what’s shipping every release cycle. You’ll work across the full PMM team, with Product, SE leadership, Strategic Events, and Content Marketing, making this one of the most cross‑functional roles on the team.
