Zocdoc is a leading digital health marketplace dedicated to giving power to patients. In this role, a Senior Copywriter will shape how the brand is verbally experienced across digital channels, ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

Implement verbal branding guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across various channels.

Create copy for marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, website content, and program materials.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand voice consistency in all communications.

Write and refine copy for selected user interface elements and digital product experiences.

Maintain and update copy libraries, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines.

Present copy concepts and creative rationales to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving copywriting tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a copywriter or content strategist in agency or in‑house settings.

Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with SEO best practices; experience with AI writing tools is a plus.

Experience ensuring brand voice consistency across all materials, measured by brand audit scores.

Experience using user engagement metrics for written content, such as click‑through rates, time spent on pages, and conversion rates.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, proactive communication, self‑starting mindset, and curiosity.

Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks and maximize productivity.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation
NYC Base Salary Range: $100,000—$135,000 USD. Salary is determined by market data and candidate qualifications. Certain positions may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity.
