Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn, AL, responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for EDIC Developments. This role plans and implements integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and offline initiatives that support brand awareness and sales objectives. The Marketing Manager develops annual marketing plans and budgets, analyzes market trends, and identifies opportunities to position projects competitively. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content and creative briefs, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, overseeing marketing materials and presentations, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, optimizing activities based on data, and supporting sales teams with targeted marketing tools and collaterals.

Qualifications

Strong strategic marketing and planning skills, including experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans for real estate or related industries.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, online advertising, and website optimization.

Experience with brand management, positioning, and storytelling to build and maintain a consistent brand identity.

Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end, including budgeting, timelines, and coordination with agencies or vendors.

Solid analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights and reports.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and review marketing copy, presentations, and promotional materials.

Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in real estate, property development, or investment-focused industries is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
