What You’ll Be Doing

Review and process incoming sales contracts and paperwork

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for next steps

Communicate with sales consultants to clarify or correct paperwork

Follow up with customers regarding paperwork, scheduling, and updates

Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and email

Maintain organized and accurate project records

Help keep the sales and production process running smoothly from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 10 years of office experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office

A proactive problem-solver who can work independently when needed
