Role Summary
As Sr Analyst, Web Experience, you will oversee and manage dependencies for new and ongoing website projects, consulting on site mockups, ensuring alignment with web standards, working with brand leads, and reporting on website marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Defining and influencing overall technology implementation strategy: driving audits of websites and content recommendations to improve accessibility, usability, and navigation

Leading and scaling functional improvements: coordinating new requests for websites with internal teams and external vendor leads to improve user experience and capabilities

Website KPIs and performance: providing reporting to stakeholders/customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, working with dedicated implementation teams as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal)

5 years of experience with HTML, web publishing, metadata, SEO, and Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems such as JIRA, Trello, or Workfront

Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal clients

Attention to detail; ensuring content and website functionality are double‑checked before going live

Comfortable working with short timelines, multitasking, and meeting deadlines

Priority determination and time‑management skills are crucial

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $96,800.00 – $137,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.

Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions (subject to eligibility).
