As a

Sales Specialist , you will support our sales team working with customers and internal teams. You will help drive account success through customer communication, and cross‑functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales support activities.

Job Duties

Maintain knowledge of TSS products, pricing, policies, and procedures to support customer needs

Participate in customer presentations and support meetings as needed

Provide ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customers

Process and submit sales orders and reports in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite

Partner with field sales and commercial teams to support customer growth and satisfaction

Maintain organized and structured workflows for tracking customer activity and sales processes

Coordinate with internal teams including sales, design, and production to meet customer expectations

Support trade shows and events as a representative of TSS when needed

Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite desired

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related roles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Prior experience in the car wash or industrial equipment industry, preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work cross‑functionally and support multiple stakeholders

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Hours for this position are onsite Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
