Your Work MattersThis position is responsible for driving value across the Floor & Decor marketing technology ecosystem by delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that power personalized customer engagement, increase marketing effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. As the Senior Product Manager, Martech you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our marketing technology stack – spanning email, paid media, digital asset management, content - partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and Data teams. You will be responsible for defining and executing a data-driven Martech roadmap that enhances audience targeting, omni-channel personalization and performance across diverse marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and paid advertising.You’ll Be Successful With6+ years of digital product management experience, with a focus on marketing technology, CRM, or email marketing or omnichannel marketing platforms5+ years experience working with DAM and CMS platformsHands-on experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamic Yield, Tealium, Validity, Contentful, Amplience, and Azure is strongly preferredExperience leveraging Generative AI to build products.Proven success in leading cross-functional work and agencies.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisionsDeep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience influencing and presenting to executive leadership (VP and above)Demonstrated ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple initiativesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentYour Day Consists OfDefining and leading the product strategy for marketing technology, including customer communications, personalization, customer segmentation, content management, and campaign execution platformsOwning and evolving the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibilityCollaborating with Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys across advertising, customer communications, and digital channelsPartnering with Analytics to define KPIs and measure the success of product features and enhancementsConducting competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging Martech trends, vendor capabilities, and opportunities to optimize the marketing technology stackLeading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryDeveloping and validating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDriving email experimentation through A/B testing using Dynamic Yield, leveraging Tealium segmentation to personalize customer experiences and continuously improve campaign performanceServing as a thought leader and subject matter expert in marketing technology, email deliverability, customer data platforms, and content personalization strategiesMentoring junior product managers and contributing to the growth of the product management disciplineWorking Conditions (travel & environment)Limited travel requiredThe noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderatePHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTSSedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
