Inside Sales Consultant – Tax Relief Specialist
Guardian Tax is looking for motivated, goal-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team as Inside Sales Consultants. This role is focused entirely on inbound leads—connecting with individuals who are actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues.

If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals, this is a high-income opportunity where your performance directly drives your earnings while helping clients find solutions to their tax debt challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn 15% commission

on every closed deal

Typical monthly earnings:

$7,000–$13,000

Top performers regularly earn:

$15,000–$24,000+ per month

Answer inbound calls

from prospective clients seeking tax relief assistance

Learn about each client’s

financial situation and concerns

Recommend solutions

tailored to their specific needs

Build trust quickly

Handle objections effectively

and guide prospects through the sales process

Maintain consistent follow-up activity

and effectively manage your pipeline

Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months

of phone sales experience required

Strong communication and objection-handling skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented
