As a Showing Agent for rental properties, your primary responsibility will be to present available units to interested tenants. You will collaborate closely with the management team to facilitate seamless operations and ensure a positive experience for prospective renters. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about real estate, enjoy engaging with people, and seek to gain experience in the rental market.Key Responsibilities:Show rental properties to prospective tenants throughout the Orange County regionSchedule and coordinate property showings with prospective rentersProvide detailed information about rental properties, including lease terms, amenities, and the surrounding areaFollow up with prospects after showings to answer additional questionsMaintain an updated schedule of property availabilityCollaborate with property management and leasing teams to ensure smooth communication and tenant onboardingRepresent our team professionally and with a high level of customer serviceQualifications:Valid California Real Estate License requiredPrevious experience in leasing, property management, or real estate a plus but not requiredKnowledge of the rental market in Orange CountyExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededIf this sounds like a great fit for you, we would love to meet you.
