Job Description:
This position is a contract role that provides the flexibility to set your own hours and the potential to earn $275 for each leased property. As a Showing Agent for rental properties, your primary responsibility will be to present available units to interested tenants. You will collaborate closely with the management team to facilitate seamless operations and ensure a positive experience for prospective renters. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about real estate, enjoy engaging with people, and seek to gain experience in the rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
Show rental properties to prospective tenants throughout the Orange County region
Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospective renters
Provide detailed information about rental properties, including lease terms, amenities, and the surrounding area
Follow up with prospects after showings to answer additional questions
Maintain an updated schedule of property availability
Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to ensure smooth communication and tenant onboarding
Represent our team professionally and with a high level of customer service
Qualifications:
Valid California Real Estate License required
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate a plus but not required
Knowledge of the rental market in Orange County
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
