About The Role
As Director, you are accountable for all aspects of creative vision from title and thumbnail through final edit. You oversee video projects at various stages, making real‑time decisions, writing, problem‑solving, and collaborating with production, talent, and contestants to protect the creative telling and deliver an exceptional final product.

What you’ll be doing in Pre-Production

Innovate the formats & framework with the team for an original, high‑performing viral video

Pitch macro concepts/ideas to the Head of Creative

Lead writing sessions for unique ideas and situations

Research trends and tactics for retention

What you’ll be doing on Set

Real-time problem solving

Direct talent/contestants

Guide the video to follow the best possible outcome

Work with production on schedule and readiness
