Role Overview
The Producer oversees all aspects of live UFC event production, leading studio programming and in‑arena fight coverage across broadcast and digital platforms while managing creative execution, technical coordination, and real‑time storytelling for seamless live event delivery.

Responsibilities

Line producer of UFC studio and remote desk shows and shoulder programming complementary to live events such as pre/post shows, weigh‑in shows, and other assets, both live and taped.

Coordinate with UFC staff producers, editors, and graphic artists to produce high‑quality UFC programming that is entertaining, informative, and promotional.

Work with producers, videographers, and crews to conceptualize feature content for live event broadcasts.

Provide guidance and quality assurance on the delivery of broadcast assets.

Work closely with on‑air talent to direct live broadcasts.

Assist in the development and production of new show segments and shoulder programming.

Work within strict deadlines on distribution of formats and rundown schedules.

Research subjects and storylines to produce informative and compelling content.

Write scripts for show opens,ers, features, and promotional spots.

Communicate production and programming schedules to various marketing contacts to devise proper promotional support.

Ensure proper production support and resolve production issues as they arise.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 7 years of television production experience.

Minimum 5 years producing experience in studio or remote environments.

Minimum 3 years demonstrated writing experience.Very high level of creativity.

Strong knowledge of production equipment and post‑production applications.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Flexible and responsive to evolving objectives.

Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication across all projects.

Motivated leader with ability to work independently or within a team.

Ability to travel frequently.

Comfortable with a non‑conventional 9‑5/M‑F schedule and regular weekend work.

Deep knowledge of MMA and UFC desirable.
