Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site Growth Marketing Strategist role based in Charlotte, NC. The Growth Marketing Strategist will design and execute multi‑channel growth strategies, including paid media, organic search, email, and social campaigns, to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for small business clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, running A/B tests, optimizing funnels, and recommending budget allocations to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and developers to plan and implement campaigns, landing pages, and conversion‑focused experiences. The strategist will regularly prepare reports, present insights to clients and internal stakeholders, and stay current on trends and regulations in key industries such as cannabis, education, technology, and franchising.
Qualifications
Experience with growth‑focused digital marketing, including campaign planning, funnel optimization, and performance analysis.
Hands‑on skills in key acquisition channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic marketing automation.
Strong analytical abilities using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data‑informed decisions.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners (content, design, development) to execute integrated growth campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex marketing concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in serving small businesses and operating in industries such as cannabis, education, technology, or franchising.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with part‑time hours and shifting client priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with A/B testing tools, CRM systems, and dashboard/reporting tools is a plus.
