The Creative Team serves as our brands’ internal agency, conceptualizing and producing high-impact visual assets and storytelling strategies that bring the organization’s products and services to life. By blending artistic excellence with strategic goals, the team ensures a cohesive brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints to deepen engagement with the target audience.
This Role In Summary
We’re looking for a social-first content creator to join our in‑house agency and help power a modern, always‑on content engine for our KitchenAid business. The role is built for someone who lives in social feeds, understands platform-native storytelling, and can create high-performing content at scale—both in volume and performance.
Responsibilities
Create Social First Content at Scale:
Concept, shoot, and edit high-volume, platform-native content across key social platforms.
Translate brand priorities, product stories, and cultural moments into snackable, thumb-stopping content.
Move at the Speed of Culture:
Partner with social strategist(s) to spot trends, sounds, formats and behaviors early; participate in agile, real-time content around launches, moments and events; and contribute ideas proactively.
Think Like a Creator, Not a Producer:
Optimize content for stronger performance; continuously test, learn and evolve creative formats based on performance.
Own End-to-End Creation:
Shoot (iPhone + light production set-ups)
Edit (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Design lightweight motion and text overlays
Deliver ready-to-post assets optimized per platform
Strong experience in new and existing creator tools for editing
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years creating social-first video content (agency, brand, or creator background)
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
Portfolio that shows short form video, platform‑native storytelling, and trend-aware executions
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Strong collaboration (partnering directly with our social team)
Chronically online and highly engaged with social culture
Experience working in an agency environment and with influencers, creators, and brand partnerships
Care about performance as much as craft
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $53,800 – $107,600 plus annual bonus, with final compensation based on relevant skills, professional experience, and educational background.
