Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with catalog production, creative asset development, and managing high-volume marketing updates in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects, and a proven track record of maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and up-to-date product information across both print and digital marketing materials.


What You’ll Do:

Creative Design & Marketing Production

  • Create original marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including catalogs, flyers, promotional graphics, email assets, sales collateral, signage, banners, and social media content
  • Maintain and enhance existing marketing templates while ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage a high volume of creative updates and revisions across print and digital marketing materials
  • Assist with photography coordination, image selection, asset management, and creative organization

Catalog Management & Product Marketing

  • Own the production and maintenance of the company's print and digital product catalogs
  • Coordinate catalog layouts, product imagery, pricing updates, and content accuracy
  • Work closely with purchasing, product, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog updates
  • Support process improvements that increase catalog production efficiency and accuracy

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and ecommerce channels
  • Build, maintain, and update email marketing campaigns using Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Assist with campaign messaging, promotional content, and email template development
  • Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimization efforts

Product Data & Marketing Operations

  • Maintain accurate product information, customer segments, pricing, and marketing content
  • Coordinate product and marketing data across CRM, ERP, ecommerce, and marketing systems
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Work extensively with spreadsheets and product information databases to support marketing initiatives


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience creating and updating print and digital marketing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of product information, pricing data, and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Prophet 21 (P21)
  • Experience within wholesale distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and workflow tools
