We are a well‑funded start‑up specializing in vintage‑inspired clothing that references staple brands like Levi’s and Carhartt. Our custom "cut‑and‑sew" pieces are sourced and constructed entirely in Los Angeles, while some items are screened/embroidered on blanks produced mainly in the U.S. The design aesthetic draws from classic Americana—old movies, sports, cars, film photography, and vinyls—with our own twist.
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and growth‑minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our overall growth strategy.
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the development and output of digital marketing content to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This includes product‑based marketing campaigns that require curating model photoshoots, creating digital advertisements, optimizing social media analytics, and managing an online presence that aligns with our brand.
The role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of Social Media Analytics, Digital Media, Brand Strategy, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media.
Responsibilities
Create and execute Digital Marketing Strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with Product Development on strategy and planning.
Generate digital content (modeled photoshoots, candid photos, short‑form video).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data.
Develop and manage the company’s online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Work with Product Development to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
Report on media analytics.
Education / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable but not required if you have relevant experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with Social Media Data Analytics is a plus.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
Professional photography skills (model shoots) and video editing.
Graphic design experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Familiarity with web design.
Strong team player and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Shopify analytics experience is a plus.
