About the Role:
Areyouacreativethinkerwithapassionforcraingcompellingvisualexperiences?Joinourdynamic
teamatFreightTigerasaVisualDesignerandtaketheleadinshapingourbrand'svisualidentity.In
thisrole,youwillcollaboratecloselywiththeDesignManager,ProductManager,andMarketingteam
toproducecaptivatingmarketingmaterials,includingwebsites,productmarketingcollateral,and
socialmediacontent.Yourartisticflairanddesignexpertisewillbepivotalinenhancingourdigital
presenceandengagingourtargetaudience.
Key responsibilities:
● Collaborative Creativity: WorkhandinhandwiththeDesignManager,ProductManager,and
Marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with our brand
visionandmarketingobjectives.
● Visual Storytelling: Transform ideas and concepts into visually stunning assets that inspire,
inform, and resonatewithouraudience.Utilizevariousdesignsoware,includingPhotoshop,
Illustrator,Figma,andAdobeAerEffects,tobringtheseideastolife.
● Diverse Applications: Take charge of developing layouts and production designs for various
applications, including digital products (web and devices), product promotions, and
corporatereportsandpresentations.
● Client Interaction: Present your design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders,
showcasingyourabilitytotranslatevisionintoimpactfulvisuals.
● User-Centric Approach: Create user-friendly mockups and promotional materials that
effectivelyconveydesignconceptsandenhancetheuserexperience.
● Branding Excellence: Design visually appealing logos, icons, and graphics while ensuring
they remain aligned with our brand guidelines. Select appropriate colors, images, and
typefacestoharmonizewithourbrandidentity.
● Medium Adaptation: Modify layouts and designs to suit the unique requirements of various
mediums,whetherit'sforweborprint,maintainingconsistencyandbrandintegrity.
● Aesthetics and Effectiveness: Ensure that all designs are visually appealing and highly
effectiveinconveyingtheintendedmessageandmeetingmarketingobjectives.

Preferred qualifications:
● Bachelor'sdegreeingraphicdesign,finearts,orarelatedfield.
● Proficiencyindesignsoware,includingAdobeCreativeSuite,Figma
● Arobustportfolioshowcasingyourdiversedesignworkandcreativity.
● Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillstoeffectivelyworkwithinateamandliaise
withvariousstakeholders.
● Strongunderstandingofwebdesignanduserexperience(UX)principles.
● Experienceinvideoandmotiongraphicsisaplus.
