and ultimately step into the role of Regional Sales Manager for this area.The RoleThis is a hands-on, customer-facing sales position focused on driving membership growth, increasing brand presence, and delivering exceptional service. The right candidate will be hired with the clear intention of earning the Regional Sales Manager role as locations expand.What You'll DoFollow our proven method of selling memberships to drive consistent membership growthRepresent Wash N Roll as the primary sales leader in the Indianapolis/Lafayette regionDrive membership sales, on-site promotions, and customer engagementMaintain a healthy working relationship with the operations and sales teamsMaintain strong knowledge of Wash N Roll services, promotions, and sales strategiesEnsure professional, friendly, and high-energy customer interactionsWhat We're Looking ForProven sales experience and management experienceExcellent attitude, professionalism, and customer service skillsA competitive spirit and strong work ethicAbility to work outside in all weather conditionsAbility to stand and move for long periods of timeSomeone who can handle rejection, bounce back, and keep pushingLeadership potential with the goal of becoming a Regional Sales ManagerValid driver's licenseWeekend availability requiredSchedule40 hours per week minimum, with overtime availableStandard 8:00 AM
