Director of Product Marketing

Corporate Functions team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop product strategy and product related content for Bluebook
  • Generate and develop product ideas
  • Analyze markets/competitors down to the product level using regional input
  • Capture product requirements
  • Define the value proposition for the product
  • Select pricing strategy and define pricing guideline/corridor for product
  • Develop a business case for the product
  • Align with Application Marketing positioning on the product level
  • Develop and continuously update product roadmap
  • Drive commercial synchronization with lead customers
  • Develop market introduction plan and support G2M activities
  • Report into PL Head OR Head of Product Marketing
  • Significant revenue (>250M in the past FY as per finance figures) OR Division committed to revenues of 250M within the bluebook period OR manage a team in case of non-critical products OR marketing specialist with deep IC, software or system understanding (stand‑alone for products with high strategic importance)
  • Global scope

Qualifications

  • BSEE or equivalent degree. MSEE preferred
  • 12+ Years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet and other high speed communication interfaces

Salary

San Jose, CA: Minimum of $201,120 per year / Maximum of $276,540 per year. Eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
