Lakeside Pediatrics is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our growing remote support team. In this role, you'll assist patients and families through live chat by providing accurate information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.

- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Complete light administrative and data entry tasks.

Qualifications
