About our client 1st Select are working with a multidisciplinary consultancy in the North East who are looking to add a Principal Designer to their team.
About the role
- Assist with occupational health and safety duties
- Visit construction sites and liaise with the Site Management Team to ensure health and safety standards are being met on site, undertaking health and safety audits as required.
- Provide CDM Advisor or Principal Designer Role in accordance with the requirements of the CDM 2015 Regulations.
What you’ll need
- Good knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations
- Knowledge of and ability to develop health and safety management systems
- NEBOSH Construction certificate
- Membership with IOSH
What’s on offer
- £50,000 salary + package
