We are partnering with a growing consumer products organization to identify a Head of Creative to lead in-house creative strategy, brand execution, and content development across digital, retail, packaging, and e-commerce channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop an in-house creative team across brand, packaging, print, digital, retail, and e-commerce content
- Own creative direction and ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all channels
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver creative aligned with business goals
- Oversee creative for online marketplaces and digital channels, including product content, campaign assets, and conversion-focused design
- Champion AI-powered creative workflows to improve production efficiency and innovation
- Manage creative processes, workflows, vendors, and project prioritization across a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Amazon/e-commerce platforms, including Amazon storefronts, A+ Content, and Vendor Central/Seller Central environments preferred.
- Hands‑on experience incorporating AI tools into daily creative and design workflows, such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative/design experience across print, packaging, retail, digital, and e-commerce channels
- Leadership experience managing creative teams and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, packaging, digital, and e-commerce work
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
- Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
