Uncensored. US, Remote. $195k – $235k + Bonus.

Build the commercial engine behind one of the most talked-about voices in global media.

Uncensored is building a next-generation, creator-led global media network anchored by the

flagship franchise Piers Morgan Uncensored and expanding into new editorial verticals across

news, culture, history, sports, and current affairs. Backed by $30m in investment, Uncensored operates a multi-platform business spanning YouTube, podcasting, social distribution, live events, and international licensing, with significant global audience reach and plans for rapid expansion.

We're now looking for a Head of Business Development, a senior operator who knows how to open doors, build partnerships, and turn audience scale into sustainable revenue across the US and internationally.

The Role

This leader is the senior business development leader of Uncensored, reporting to the newly appointed CEO, Rashida Jones. They own Business Development end-to-end, strategy, sourcing, structure, negotiation, close, and partnership architecture, across brand partnerships, distribution, platforms, licensing, subscription, events, and new revenue surfaces.

They operate with a high degree of autonomy in front of buyers, agencies, brand marketers, distribution partners, platform leads, and IP buyers, and inside the business shaping how we package, price, and pitch.

What This Leader Will Own

• Commercial strategy & portfolio architecture: Design how Uncensored is packaged, priced, and pitched. Identify non-obvious revenue paths: tentpole sponsorships, multi-vertical packages, talent-led activations, IP and format licensing, AI content licensing, and international distribution.

• Distribution & platform partnerships: Lead BD across YouTube, podcast, social, linear, syndication, FAST, and international linear.

• Strategic partnerships & new surfaces: Architect the commercial layer of the subscription product, the events franchise, and the deals we haven’t built yet: AI content licensing, brand-equity investment, international JVs, IP and format sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven BD leader in media, sponsorship, distribution, or partnerships. Personally carried and consistently exceeded a meaningful revenue number.

• Builds and brings senior relationships at brands, agencies, streamers, platforms, or distribution partners

• A commercial operator with the ability to influence and negotiate: Knows how to deliver as a brand integration brief, a licensing negotiation, a distribution term sheet, a platform partnership conversation, a board update, and a CFO-level revenue review.

• Self-directed. Builds their own day. Doesn’t need an SDR team, a marketing engine, or a manager to find and close deals or stand up a commercial line from scratch.

• Comfortable in early-stage / fast-scaling and working across both the US and international markets. Has led business development in a sub-50-person environment where the commercial system is built as it’s run.

• Someone who's excited by Uncensored’s ambition, and understands the audience
