Extensive knowledge of sound and lighting equipment for theaters. Knowledge of current technology especially as related to theater arts. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities related to assignment. Ability to carry out job responsibilities and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimum supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to answer a telephone in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Job Summary
To manage the school auditorium in a safe and efficient manner so that the facility serves the school and community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in theater arts or related field from an accredited educational institution, or an Associate's degree in theater arts or related field from an accredited educational institution. Appropriate and extensive experience in theater arts or related field may be substituted for the formal educational requirement at the option of the hiring authority. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Background and experience in an educational setting preferred.
Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
