Job Summary
Responsible for leading, inspiring, and supporting all reps/products within a defined territory to achieve sales objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Achieve individual and team territory sales objectives across all product lines.
Take on a leadership role within the defined territory;
Lead and assist with the closing of business opportunities.
Manage day to day issues/questions amongst reps and customers.
Assist RSM with budgeting plans and logistics for events/programs.
Forecast sales on a monthly and quarterly basis for all product lines.
Lead team and execute purposeful prospecting within region.
Assist RSM with the recruiting and hiring process for new prospective employees.
Identify and qualify prospective customers, provide technical information, demonstrate company products and quote prices to customers.
Responsible for account development and territory management.
Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information.
Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis.
Attend company workshops and training centers.
Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday”.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science preferred
Experience
5-10 years selling capital equipment preferably in the laser industry or B2B sales.
Minimum 1-2 years managing sales professionals.
Skills
Ability to effectively lead and manage multiple sales reps.
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to complete assignments on time.
Strong, creative problem-solving and time management skills.
Demonstrated sales accomplishments in a capital equipment environment.
Experience developing relationships with customers.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate, self-starter who drives high performance within organization and consistently deliver on commitments.
Thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrates strategic and competitive mindset in identifying, cultivating, and strengthening customer relationships.
Demonstrate the ability to take a complicated process and simplify it to drive sales
Must be able to influence and build effective relationships with team members in other functional areas
Physical Demands

Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Valid Driver’s License; Up to 30-50% travel
