Sales Coordinator

Overview
EMI Health is looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. This position plays an important role in keeping projects, communications, and client activities running smoothly. Location and Schedule
Location:

Murray, Utah
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Hours:

Part-Time, 20–30 hours per week

What You\'ll Do

Support new group onboarding and renewals

Assist with RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation

Coordinate marketing materials, mailings, and vendor communications

Maintain sales and marketing databases and tracking tools

Create lists and reports for marketing campaigns

Coordinate production and distribution of sales and marketing materials

Assist with enrollment meetings, events, and promotions

Coordinate shipping, packaging, and travel logistics

Work with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Support additional sales and marketing projects as needed

Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or equivalent

4+ years of experience in the medical, dental, or insurance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience with group health or employee benefit plans

Utah insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
