About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of client relationships and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the accounts you manage. You'll work closely with our Producers, support the sales process, and ensure clients receive responsive, knowledgeable service across all their employee benefit needs.
What You'll Do
Take complete ownership of assigned clients and manage their day‑to‑day needs
Attend sales meetings alongside the Producer
Participate in client meetings
Manage carrier requirements at the individual employee level, including eligibility, enrollment, terminations, claims issues, and other group requests
Support the full group lifecycle, including quote requests, writing and renewing groups, and plan implementation
Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in employee benefits account management
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a responsive, self‑motivated work style
Ability to manage and support others
Excellent communication skills for working with prospects, clients, carriers, and vendors on employee benefit lines of coverage
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
