Talent Management Manager (1875)# Talent Management Manager (1875)Corporate Division - Rockville, MD 20850## DescriptionA Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.Key Responsibilities* Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and align with business goals.* Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.* Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.* Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and competencies required.* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.* Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor recruiting personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring objectives.**Qualifications*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.* Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and supervision, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting.* Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.Work Environment* The role is in an office setting. Some travel will be required for job fairs, college and recruitment events.
